Zeiss/TSK* Surface Roughness and Roundness Styli Repair and Manufacturing

EMI Gage provides complete surface roughness and roundness stylus repair and replacements.  We have two, five and ten micron conical diamond tips in stock (special tips are available upon request).  EMI Gage also supplies ruby ball tip, conical and chisel tip replacements for roundness and contour styli.   EMI Gage has the full capability for testing of diamond tips, setting diamonds, replacing beams and our precision grinding and machining and assembly operations allow us to rectify problems rapidly.
