EMI Gage manufactures and stocks replacement tungsten carbide probe tips for contour measurement gages. Our chisel and conical contour tips are NEW, not remanufactured. Our quality meets or exceeds original equipment manufacturers, and typically for a significantly lower cost.
Most common tips are in stock for immediate, off-the shelf delivery to quickly replace chipped or broken probe tips for Taylor Hobson, Mahr, Zeiss/TSK, and Mitutoyo gages.* Chisel (knife edge) angle from 12° to 30°. Cone angles from 20° to 30°. Custom radii on conical tips are also available.
